Up the ladder of Collective Responsibility

The group Individual under Stress


Discomfort is Stress, the life of Gods Marine in a Probate combat zone is one of chronic stress. 







The stress on Marine of truths unlike any other judicial financial process provides periods of rest and other relaxations, not so in county of Oz Probate and the fact of the matter is that truth task force soldiers are relentlessly subjected to chronically stressful situations resembling the other end of third world. 

Then there are dangers, even more stressful then Vietnam because they are so unpredictable. 
They come from forms within agreed upon reneged Mortar rounds when truths soldier thought they were finally safe only to encounter having been mystically quantum leaped blown into enemy camps Latrine and returning back to unit requires walking through mined path while tripping booby traps along the way. 
The nature of combat in county of OZ symbolic of Vietnam best sums up the enemy always appears when and where it was unexpected. 


Further survival depends highly upon capacity for emotional self-anesthesia vantage. 

Built into each and every person through evolution it enhances abilities toward survival. 

It allows one to continue to function in situation’s so “Ghastly” we would fall apart if we preserved our normal sensitivity. 

The problem, however, seems not to be very specific in the midst of their garbage by design, but to further diminish sensitivity while becoming garbage-strewers ourselves that plead their case. 

Engineered psychology specific by design utilizes confusion while targets self-dignity that break Will. 
It is difficult in deed to selectively close ones eyes to certain types of brutalities without becoming immature Narcissistic eviL brute ourselves.

Any group who theoretically immaturely delights in the picking wings off of “Senior” flies is correctly deemed “SADISTIC” and suspected to be of eviL origin cause for worry. 
How does this happen?
Narcissistic followers eventually become entrapped within their own webs of deceptive deceit, are not mature enough to handle chronic stress, hence more eviL emerges than would be expected in normal situations and as result of unwanted stress by own creation distribution of any goodness within shifts in direction of eviL of laziness. 


Having considered the relationship between eviL and stress, it is appropriate to comment on the relationship between “GOODNESS AND STRESS.
He who behaves nobly in easy times – a fair weather friend, so to speak – may not be so noble when the Chips are down, STRESS IS THE TEST OF GOODNESS.
THE TRULY GOOD ARE THEY WHO IN TIME OF STRESS NO NOT DESERT THEIR INTEGRITY, THEIR MATURITY, THEIR SENSITIVITY.
Nobility is best defined as the Capacity not to regress in response to “DEGRADATION”, not to become ‘BLUNTED’ in the face of pain, TO TOLERATE THE AGONIZING AND REMAIN INTACT.
ONE MEASURE AND PERHAPS THE BEST MEASURE OF A PERSON’S GREATNESS IS THE CAPACITY FOR SUFFERING.

Group dynamics that is dependent upon narcissism toward survival.

livE care guardianship will serve as negative medical study role model between good and evil which is livE spelled backwards. 

Group routinely regress in times of stress, they also regress into for example local County Probate System settings.

One aspect of this regression is the phenomenon of “DEPENDENCY “ON unchallengeable LEADER, perhaps presiding to assume position of group leader of underserved comforts within Guilty till proven otherwise beyond all preponderance of evidences even thoroughly pinned down are never enough. 

Dynamics forced within do not happen by a “Rational” process of ‘CONSCIOUS’ ELECTION; it just hypocritically happens naturally – Spontaneously and UNCONSCIOUSLY.
Why does this happen so quickly and easily? 
One reason is that certain business groups are not FIT TO LEAD” THAN OTHERS IN SAME CATEGORY.
But the more basic reason is probably stemmed within matters of fiduciary business ‘LAZINESS
Suggestive corporate instilled toward client or ward mission statement idolize theologies within no need to agonize over complex decisions that require planning ahead, exercising initiative are probate responsibilities required to demonstrate courage on their behalf while absorbing unpopularity for all business inequities. 

By any standard licensed, medical or otherwise our study must conclude business model structure demonstrate executive role hold theologies of a CHILD.
Any true leader under Gods community covenant worth the paper in which they stand behind professionally adult never pursues dependency paths nor partakes within any laziness listed above.
The true mark of leadership must be capable of mastering own ship before they can responsibly director over others that have continually demonstrated rational mature authority over self. 
Another-words; the true mark in leadership qualities that legitimate companies break down doors to recruit are not psychologically dependent to further administer or just another titlist  follower group member. 

From standpoint of legitimate business owner who leads this regression should never be welcomed.
It is, after all the owner’s responsibility as extension of self to encourage, foster, and develop Maturity of his or hers C.E.O or General Manger as case may be. 
Legitimate Owner’s unless business serves purposes otherwise representing front are required to confront and challenge Executives Dependency, then step aside so that subject risks assuming a leadership position while exercising mature power in a group setting.  


Some businesses obviously do not subscribe toward therapy of personal growth that even the blind can Cleary see. 
This Vietnam model Charlie Company obviously is not interested in training leaders.
Indeed its primary purpose is to foster a style of group leadership which is essentially the opposite of charters. 
IT is an old maxim that soldiers are not supposed to think, leaders are not elected from within the group they are designated from above and deliberately cloaked in the symbols of authority. 
Obedience is number One Discipline, dependency of the soldier on his leader is not simply encouraged, it is mandated. 
By nature of business mission designedly fosters regressive dependency within group which explains elongated monitoring followed by silence, soldier honestly does not know what to do and neither does cloaked leader, so do not waste much time here and escalate outside to higher power. 
Group cohesiveness has obviously disintegrated while ceasing to no longer be a group. 

Cohesive force encountered suggests Narcissism in its simplest and most Benign form manifested in Group Pride to include comparison of unit customer casualty counts in business favor or Esprit de Corps. A less benign but practically universal form of Group Narcissism is what might be called 
“Enemy Creation” or Hatred of the “OUT GROUP” client is naturally accruing characteristic of CHILDREN assuming adult roles forming cliques. 

THOSE WHO DO NOT BELONG TO THE GOUP  (The Club or the Clique) are despised and labeled Inferior in which high rates of employee turnover is your clue not only where not to go but in which you do not belong.
Being narcissistic if they do not already have an Enemy they will Create One in Short Order. 
It is almost common knowledge that the best way to ‘CEMENT’ GROUP COHESIVENESS IS TO “FERMENT” Dissident group hatred of an External conceived Enemy which now becomes Malignant Civil Rights Issue of proportion. 
Business Fiduciary Deficiencies within are painstakingly reflected away by focusing all cloaked attention on the deficiencies of the Out-Group. 
Thus this Hitler painstakingly desires while ignoring their problems too scapegoat upon another considered of Gomer Pyle intellect.  Not Happening

In conclusion of medical model study session; we have fundamentally touched upon basic ways in which select eviL businesses will Flee from Self-Examination and Guilt by Blaming and Attempting to destroy whatever or Whoever HIGHLIGHTS THEIR DEFICIENCIES which are consistent within Narcissistic based mission statements extended toward community at large. 
The higher the levels of eviL within the more obvious failing group becomes too court of public approval scrutiny. 
Failure wounds Pride and it is the wounded Animal who is vicious. 
In a Healthy Organism failure will be a stimulus to self-examination and criticisms.  
It is in the time of failure that He or She will lash out One Way or another.
Blog purpose is to further educate Seniors as experienced away from existing signs holding financial mousetraps best distanced in order to remain independent anonymous.
